Hi. We recently upgraded to HP UFT from QTP. You had helped us in the past. I created an incident but they can't help me due to wrong category. I don't see correct category to pick from. When in UFT I try to create an API Test and receive Operation Requires UFT license. Yet partner loaded license when upgrading. Maybe additional license needed for the API? Can you tell me where I can get help with this issue. I have tried HP and SAP Marketplace.
Thanks,
Linda

Hi Linda,
Can you open a new conversation with this HP UFT topic under the partner area ?
http:/scn.sap.com/community/global-partner-support
In that area we can check with our HP partner contacts and get back to you.
Also, if you could let us know the original support ticket number we can check the history.
Thanks,
John
