Field full name

Hi Gurus,

Hope you are fine.

I've recently changed my laptop and I've noticed that now while displaying any entry of any table (SE16) some fields will display the full name an others just a short name (ellipsis):

This is the user parameter settings I always used, but this is the first time I see this annoying thing:

I've already tried changing screen resolution from my laptop and other GUI options but nothing changed.

Seems like this option is the one that should drive this but nothing again...

Do you know how to get the full name (i.e. CLMNO instead of 'CLM...)?

Hi,

Have you tried generating the program once again?

In the table in transaction SE16 and choosing "Table -> Generate Program" from the menu (or F8)

thanks for your input.

I've tried your suggestion but the names aren't changing:

This seems to be more a general setting rather than an issue with a specific table. I can see the same behaviour with any table.

If possible please send some information about the GUI version and also check the latest patch is applied.

If possible do a front end installation check --> SAP GUI --> Options --> System Information--> Installation Check

Also remove the conversion exit flag in the user parameters.

I'm checking from my end.
