hi everyone,

I am trying to create service order in /dbm/order01. I am getting the error 'Error while executing action 'ITEM_NEW'' while assigning the material in parts tab.

Hi,

can you explain a little more detailed please?

Does ther error also occure on item tab? Have you tried a different material?

Hi at what point exactly you getting this error?

Did you mentioned the quantity for item or not?

Also check the Status assgined to Action - ITEM_NEW, if the order is not in proper status then also you will get this erro

Above error occur when we open Preventive maintenance check sheet.
