Hi,
We had created a Warranty Claim via T Code WTY with a Partner Code 1000000.
In the Customer Master of 1000000, Partner Function AS (Applicant Warranty) was not assigned. Hence an Error Message "Partner role AS is not in partnermaster record for partner 1000000" was shown in QWarranty Claim transaction. Subsequently, the Partner role AS was maintained in the Partner Master. However, the error isn't getting removed in the Warranty Claim. How do we reprocess the Claim again so that error is removed from the error log ?
(All Claims subsequently created with this Partner Code does not show this error.)

Hi Raj!
Did you tried to erase the customer and save? then you must insert again the same customer.
At the end, please check the log errors
