During warranty claim creation Partner information is not automatic updated in Item level

During warranty claim Header data partner information is not updated at version tab strip . please suggest any config is missing

The Partner needs to be entered manually, this cannot be set by any configuration.

Generally, if you use the dealer portal to create the claim then it will be automatically set when the claim is saved.

Any Reason for not auto populating this field from header, we are not using dealer portal for warranty claim.
