Dear experts ,

i am getting error " No Action Control found " in transaction /DBM/VM.

can u abel to guide me ?

i have chked VMS roles and VELOS also is also maintianed. what should be ideal config for this ?

Hi,

One trick for setting up action control determination is to set it up using minimum parameters in transaction VELOS.

Try setting it up by entering only the model (vehi matl no. for model) initially. If it is successfully determined then go on adding the other required parameters like PLANT, SALES ORG etc.

Even the SAP help recommends setting up the action control determination using minimum parameters. The excerpts of the sap help are as follows;

+"You can define different action controls for any combination of these fields. Mostly, however, it suffices to define an action control for each combination of vehicle model and plant for primary action controls and for each sales organization for secondary action controls.+

+You do not need to fill all of the key fields. A key field that is empty means that the entry is valid for all values that are possible for this field."+
