DBM Order : Item - Available Quantity

Hi All,

We are facing the following issue on creating a DBM Order (/DBM/Order01) in DBM 6.0

In the Item Tab, when the Item Category "P002 Part" is chosen and any part is selected, the "Available quantity" field is automatically set to 9.999.999,999.

The "Availabe quantity" field in the DBM Order corresponds to the fields "VRFMG_WERKS" & "VRFMG_LGORT" in table "/DBM/S_POS".

What does the field "Availabe quantity" represent & is there a solution for this issue?

Dear Prahalad,

Change the Availability check (MARC-MTVFP) from 01 to 02 in the material master and this should work. If this doesnt, ask a MM person to look into the availability check rules maintained.
