Cumulative quantity reset by customer, but not recognized by SAP

All,

I just encountered an issue with the cumulative quantitied. They were reset by our customer on 25.12.2011, but SAP didn't recognize it, even if I would have expected it.

Can anybody give me a hint, why?

Hi Boban,

can you tell us which solution you are referring to exactly.

Where (which transaction) has your customer reset the cumulative quantities?
