Iam Maintenance Person. How could I find the TOTAL BREAK DOWN HOURS in Percentage Basis in MCI7.

There is only graph option available in the MCI7 code.

In Standard SAP, There is no any report which can tell you % breakdown of equipment or % uptime report as each company has its own method to calculate % breakdown. Some times if production is continued on some other machine & as production is not stopped, the stopping equipment is not considered as breakdown.

in IW28 you will get the breakdown hours & you can prepare (develop ) your own %breakdown report /% uptime report as per your logic. We had already developed the same report in my previous organization. There we were having production line concept.
