Dear Team,

We are encountering an error while creating appointment scheduling in MRS.

We are entering all the prerequsite details which is required, but when it comes to Service advisor Overview screen, we are not able to see any service advisor details??????????

And also would like to know is it service advisor overview or customer advisor overview??????

Requesting to kindly respond at the earliest.

Hi Pavani,

one reason that the service advisors are not shown can be that the availabilities are not transferred via the repost /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF. The report must be called with following parameters:

Object Type = P

Object ID = {HR number}

The flag u201CTransfer Availabilitiesu201D must be checked.

In my opinion there is no difference between Service Advisor and Customer Advisor.

Which MRS version are you using?

U r correct, After running the report I am able to see Service advisor overview.

I am using DBM 6 Version.
