Sridhar Raju Mahali is a results-driven, strategically focused Customer Success & Delivery professional with over 24 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Currently serving as a Senior Client Delivery Executive, Program/Project Manager, and Enterprise Architect, I bring a strong track record of leading complex, customer-facing consulting engagements—particularly in an advisory Solution or Enterprise Architect capacity.
Over the course of my career, I have successfully led numerous end-to-end implementation and development projects, alongside driving sales and pre-sales initiatives that showcase my strong commercial acumen. I have managed and delivered more than 20 full-cycle SAP implementations—both on-premises and cloud-based(IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS(BTP))—for over 100 clients. My specialization includes RISE with SAP transformations, covering infrastructure (IaaS through ECS on Azure, GCP, and AWS), platform-as-a-services (BTP), and a wide range of Software-as-a-Service solutions such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, CX, Concur, Fieldglass, and many more. What does a usual day at work look like for you?
I specialize in SAP Enterprise Architecture and Cloud integration solutions, with a strong focus on cloud technologies spanning IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. My expertise is particularly centered on Enterprise Cloud services—including hyperscalers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure—as well as the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), which I leverage as a foundation for building intelligent and sustainable enterprise ERP solutions.
My strengths include modernizing integration landscapes using the SAP Integration Suite on BTP. I work extensively across cloud and on-premises environments, delivering solutions for complex integration scenarios including A2A, B2B, B2G, B2C, API-led, event-driven architectures, Master Data Integration, and Digital Integration Hubs.
In my day-to-day role, I lead SAP business process design and technical solution implementation for customer projects. I conduct integration feasibility studies and act as both an Enterprise and Solution Architect, serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. I also play an active role in driving SAP business growth at customer sites and lead initiatives related to SAP's application development, automation, integration, AI, and machine learning portfolios within internal focus groups. Additionally, I have deep experience in building and deploying cloud-native extensions to enhance enterprise functionality.
