Natallia, tell us about yourself.
Who are you, what do you like to do, what is important to you?
Hi everyone! My name is Natallia, but my colleagues and friends call me Natasha, and I like it, so you can do that too. I’ve been living in Gdańsk, Poland since 2022, and it truly feels like my city—I adore the weather, the people, and the nature here. But originally, I’m from Belarus. I love the Belarusian language, and part of my morning routine involves memorizing Belarusian poems while brewing my coffee.
I love to travel! My favorite moment during a journey is when the plane takes off, making my heart race because I know a new adventure has started! One of the brightest memories from my travels is from Geirangerfjord in Norway. I had tears in my eyes because I suddenly realized I had a picture of that exact fjord on my vision board (you know, those boards where you pin up pictures of your dreams?). It really works, guys! I have so many places I wish to explore this year!
I also have a dog named Alma, a Miniature Schnauzer (which is a German breed), so I guess you could say I have a thing with German products - I mean SAP! 😄
What is your area of expertise?
What does a usual day at work look like for you?
I work closely with SAP Build products for various customers, and I love diving deep into not just the technical details, but also helping customers make their processes more efficient and flexible. I enjoy being able to contribute by implementing solutions based on SAP BTP.
Apart from project responsibilities, I am also engaged in R&D teams where I have been exploring SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite and SAP LeanIX. These products have inspired me to take on more challenging tasks and broaden my perspective on solution implementation.
What inspired you to become an SAP Champion in SAP Community?
Two years ago, I saw a colleague wearing an SAP Champion t-shirt, and it caught my attention. I started exploring what SAP Champions do and the value they bring. Some aspects really resonated with me—especially the focus on sharing knowledge. I love to share what I know, giving value to others and helping them save time, because sometimes I need that kind of help too.
How do you learn in SAP Community?
What is your daily/weekly routine in SAP Community?
I’ve been a lifelong learner. I can’t remember a month without some course or training. I like to take things step by step with each product, so I read blogs on the topics I’m currently working on, and I tend to read everything from the first to the last blog in a series.
My first interaction with the SAP Community was three years ago when I was looking for information on SAP Workflow Management. I was impressed by the quality of DJ Adams (qmacro)' blogs. His explanations opened my mind to the product and how to work with it. I still have those links saved in my notes. Thank you, DJ Adams—you rock!
I’m also a speaker and co-organizer of SAP Inside Tracks and SAP Meetups. Last year, I visited Lithuania and Georgia to present my investigations, and of course, I attended the traditional SAP Inside Track in Warsaw, Poland.
What is your suggestion to get the most out of SAP Community?

Also, find your local community and get involved. You’ll find people to exchange views and opinions with.
