Abdullah, tell us about yourself.
Who are you, what do you like to do, what is important to you?
I’m Abdullah Galal, an SAP enthusiast and Solution Architect living in France, originally from Egypt. My world revolves around my family - my wife and three children are my biggest support. When I'm not immersed in SAP, you'll find me riding my road bike through the scenic routes of France, a hobby that gives me a great sense of exploration and freedom. I'm also a language aficionado, fluent in Arabic, English, and French. My YouTube channel, focused on SAP and business processes, is where my passion for teaching and helping others comes alive. It’s a platform that reflects my dedication to sharing knowledge and fostering a supportive learning environment.

What is your area of expertise? What does a usual day at work look like for you?
My expertise in SAP Financials and Controlling has been honed since 2012, encompassing a range of SAP implementation and rollout projects. A typical workday is a blend of consulting, strategizing, and problem-solving in SAP solutions, interspersed with creating insightful content for my YouTube channel. This dual focus allows me to stay at the forefront of SAP developments while contributing to the growth and understanding of a wider audience.

What inspired you to become an SAP Champion in SAP Community?
My path to becoming an SAP Champion was paved with admiration for the countless SAP experts who selflessly share their knowledge online. Their contributions to the community inspired me to give back in kind. The recognition from SAP was not just an honor, but a validation of my efforts to make a tangible impact in the community. It's a role that resonates with my core belief in sharing knowledge, and it inspires me to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together in the SAP ecosystem."
