How to integrate rest API with Soft tab

Dear All, 

I need help to integrate "Soft tab" with rest API data!
In the database I have three parameters: City, Month and time.
City should be displayed in the first field (Dropdown).
Months should be displayed in the Soft tab.
The result of all should be a timetable for the selected city and month.
How can I fix this?
I can send my project to whoever wants to help me.

So I need help just choosing the right data from the database that I will show in the app.
Rest API is configured and ready under "SAP Build Apps classic data entities" and status on the test answers "OK"
