With the 'people.sap.com' getting deprecated will the Bookmarks get affected.

Hello Gurus,

My ask should be pretty much clear with the subject I have mentioned.

With the below message popping in,

IMPORTANT: This service will be discontinued end of January 2024!
Visit the new SAP Profile at profile.sap.com

My concern is whether this would affect my Bookmarks collection. I have a pretty huge collection and am really dependent on that for carrying out a quick search.

Yes, bookmarks are affected. As explained in this post, bookmarks won't be migrated.

Hi jerry.janda,

Apparently SAP has not learned from its mistakes the last time around.

If I save my bookmarks to a file, or add them as favourites to my browser, will those links get redirected automatically after the migration? Like last time, probably not, so what part of the bookmark link should we save, to retain them, and/or to be able to recreate our bookmarks on the new platform?

Hi, Jerry , One question regarding Bookmarking. I could see with the new Forum Bookmark option is there. But from where I can access the Bookmark repository is the question.
