This question is not related to ECC, I am retagging it to Using SAP.com

However, it would be good if you could add a bit more information. steps and what you actually do and what response you have.

I can log on to both sides, one is automatically signing me in by clicking the avatar since it recognize me from the community to be already logged in. For the other I have to type my S-user ID and my password.

    Thanks for your help.
    Actually user unable to login SAP Market place but on the same time when user trying to access SAP Support portal with same credential, User can able to log in properly in SAP Support portal
