Why the following message is coming while replying to a thread?

Dear moderators,

I dont know why iam suddenly getting the following message while trying to post a reply to a thread.

	  "Please note, your reply will need to be approved by a moderator before it is posted in the forum."

Also my reply is not appearing on the thread as it does till just before few minutes.

what should be the reason behind this?

Anyone having/had the same problem?

Even i got the same some time back. now that is no more.

some settings changed it seems.

PS: there is no switches or knobs here.. to tamper the settings.

may be there, but not sure where they are..
