Hi Christian,

If the word Palindrome is a Palindrome then people will get confused whether to tell that word as an example for Palindrome.

For Eg:

Find the palindrome from the following list,

WOW , HAI , LEVEL , HANNAH

Then People will say 4 Words ( WOW, LEVEL, HANNAH, Palindrome) as Palindrome.

To Avoid the confusion, the word Palindrome is not a Palindrome.

perhaps because of its Greek origins - roughly meaning running back - which somehow stretches to mean recurs backwards?

I guess palindrome is not a palindrome because there isn't any wiki which is explaining this.
