Why is it necessary to to ask a question in the "Tour the SAP Community"-tutorial ?

I want to write a blog post in the SAP Community portal.

To access the functionality I have to complete the "Tour the SAP Community"-tutorial.

One task is to ask a question and follow it. Otherwise I cannot access the "Contributer: learner level" and write the blog post.

So my question is: Why is it needed to ask a question in order to write a blog post in the SAP Community?

Hi Daniel,

I assume you refer to this part of the tutorial under step 4:

Follow a question

1. Open a question.
2. Click the Follow button (on the right-hand side).

"Open a question" in this case refers to visiting any question that exists already on answers.sap.com and not as "create/ask a new question".
