I can no longer add comments or reply to comments on SCN WIKI pages. Specifically been collaborating on this WIKI https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Unlock+the+CMS+database+with+new+data+access+driver+for+B...
But there are no options to add comments or reply to comments.

What exactly do you see in the comments section after you are logged in?
Are you using content blockers - for example AdBlock, uBlock, NoScript, Firefox in-built protection, plugins that come with your antivirus suite?
If you are using a managed device (company owned) or connect via VPN?
Do you see anything out of the ordinary in the browser console?
I am not a moderator as well but the comment option for the page in your link is available in Firefox ESR 52.4.0 Windows 32-bit version.

Had you logged in? Wikis do not automatically log you in, you have to force that yourself by clicking the login link on top.
