Hi,
If I downvote a question, because it is of poor quality and suggest edits by the author, the casted vote is final. I cannot change it anymore. Sometimes though, the authors are going to improve the quality of their questions and if I am satisfied with the updated question, I should be able to cast another vote to acknowledge their efforts. This is not possible in this forum, as my screenshot shows:
What's the reasoning behind this? I would understand that in a certain window of time, casting multiple votes is not a viable use case. However, after some time, it is perfectly legitimate to change my mind and hence the vote. Stackoverflow does it, why not answers.sap.com?
