Why 2 Forums for HR?

Because the 2nd one you listed is part of the ICC program and not the general forums.

But the questions that are being posted in the ICC HR forum should actually be in the ERP(HCM) forum.I haven't seen any ICC related posts in there..

Hi Suresh,

Actually craig is correct but unfortunately nobody is using it for ICC purpose that forum seems to Question Answer forum in which every one is asking very basic question of HR which they are getting at the time of learning stage.
