Who liked comments? + Bug for counter

In the old SCN it was possible to check who liked a comment. Is it planned to have this feature, or only a counter will be visible? I think it was good to have it.

There is also a bug with the counters, see below screenshot. It doesn't get updated straight away and a weird extra counter appears one step leter (Like->Unlike->Like) for the same comment.

Hi Moshe,

I made the screenshots on the Q&A which Jürgen wrote, but I could reproduce this on any Q&A comment I tried (can be a comment to the Q&A or a comment to a reply as well, both gives the same behavior).

Applies to all 3 browsers (IE, FF, Chrome).
