Not the oldest, but a future candidate:

Three years ago I worked at a new implementation project that went live with 4.7. Their go live date was somewhere around 6 weeks before SAP officially ended regular 4.7 support.

Hi Mike

I'm 'guessing' it was a big organisation which had taken a little while making up its mind or was it on special offer/half price due to short shelf life?

Cheers

I know one very large company that was on 46c for their rollout of SAP starting in 2000... and are now on an upgrade project.

I work with a client where we had an upgrade from 4.5B to ECC6.0 on 31.12.2007.

in fact we still have a 3.5H system, i am told that the system is kept up and running due to a legal requirement where they need to store the financial data for the past 15 or 20 years.........it feels strange but i didnt want to question on that, i would be a dead duck if they ask me to support it

Sounds similar - earliest changes show 1999 and also upgrading this year (finally)

You mean R/3? I don't remember a 3.12, rather 3.1H. Please doublecheck
