Which time zone is taken for blog post scheduling?

Hi,

I scheduled multiple blog posts for publishing in the last months but I can't figure out the time zone that is used for publication.

If I schedule my post for 8am in the morning and I see it already being live at 7am with comments from others already a few hours late, when was it actually published?
The publication time says 8:02am.

Is this German time?

Hi Christian,

Did you check your Preferences (in the dropdown list  next to your name at the top of the page)? That's where you set your time zone and should, I believe, be the basis for your scheduled publications.

Thank you so much, Audrey! That must have been it.

It seems like I've never been to the preferences yet :-s It was indeed showing German time.
