Where to download Sample Reports and Database

Hello Folks,

I am new to these parts. Just starting to learn Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.

I have the book entitled: Getting Started with Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 by Indera E. Murphy

The book tells me to download the sample database and sample reports in order to follow its exercise. The URL indicated in the book was:

Unfortunately, that link no longer exists.

Is anybody in this forum aware of this book and if so, do you know where I can get those exercises ( which link it is ) ?
