There is no priority levels for SCN discussions. Please do not flag your questions as "urgent", "at the earliest", "asap", and the likes, because moderators would be forced to remove such terms. Everybody enjoys the same level of attention.

If you need to report a critical issue than do that via the Service Marketplace (formerly OSS).

Also make sure you search for available information first, because most problems have been solved before.
