What is the process to get permission to write a SAP blog

Hello There,

I am working with various SAP 1709, 1610 and SAP HANA database technologies now a days. I came across different things and observations. I want to share them to SAP community people which can help others. Please let me know the step by step process to be a SAP blogger.
