In this case, on the page for the SAP Business One tag, I see two entries:
The first does not appear to have any connection to SAP Business One.
The second is an answer to a question tagged with SAP Business One. However, there are many many more and newer similar replies that are not shown here.
Is this a bug, is this element under contruction or what is the logic here?
Request clarification before answering.
@Johan_Hakkesteegt @TuncayKaraca Finally an update here - we decided to redesign the SAP Managed tag page, and the new version is live now.

Hi @AnnePetteroe,
A great improvement!
In addition, can we get a "Sort Ascending / Descending" option and a "show x posts" option, preferably with a maximum of at least 100?
For example, when looking at the list filtered by "Q&A No Accepted Solution", and sorted by "Creation Date", it would be great if we could sort that from old to new as well, so that older unanswered questions are not drowned out by newer posts.
Another example, when sorted by "Most views", we now always get the most views on top. This is not very usefull, because those questions are more likely to already have valid answers. Questions with little or no views are much more interesting. For other type content it will circumvent "click-bait" posts, and really old posts, that will have naturally gathered more views, drowning out newer ones that have not yet gotten a lot of views.
And if we want to push the envelope, sorting by multiple criteria...?
@Johan_Hakkesteegt I am glad to hear you like the improvement 🙂 I have taken note of your requests for future changes to the SAP Managed tag pages.
Until we get that far, I wanted to check if you are aware that our advanced search already has the capabilities you are requesting. (you can find the advanced search on top right of the result screen after you have searched for a subject or a tag)
Below, you will see a screenshot of a search for "SAP B1", filtered by "Q&A", "Topics with no replies" and sorted ascending by date:
Clicking on the Date field in the "Sort by" will make the search change between ascending and descending.
You can choose between 10-50 results per page.
The search URL can also be saved for easy access later on.
You can even narrow that down more by Location and any of the other parameters you see on the screen.
Doing the search this way by using the product name as a term, instead of going down the path of the managed tag, you will be able to find all the questions on that subject, even the ones users did not put all the right managed tags on.
So, the advanced search does not seem to work in any usefull fashion.
For example, I searched for "SAP Business One", and got these results, none of which have anything to do with SAP Business One:
So replacing a tag with plain text, does not work. This advanced search should have an option to filter by tag as well.
"Topics with no replies". If I am not mistaken, a reply is any answer or comment. Is there an option to show only Q&A without accepted answers? Perhaps this should be a drop down with several related options, like "Yes/No replies", "Yes/No comments", "Yes/No answers", "Yes/No accepted answers", etc. There is the Metadata drop down that seems perfect for the purpose.
This might be something else we need to look into, but I am getting a completely different search result than you when I search for "SAP Business One" - all entries in the search page are related to B1:
What do you see here? https://community.sap.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&q=...
Yes, replies can be both answers and comments. To view "Q&A with no accepted solutions" you would need to go the SAP Managed tag page.
Those results come up first because "Best match" was chosen and the search term is the title or largest part thereof. Even then you do not have to scroll down very far, to get unrelated results. Sort it by date, and you hardly have to scroll down at all to get unrelated results: https://community.sap.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?q=sap%20business%20one&sort_by=-topicPost....
The problem is probably that the search engine looks at all words in the search term separately, and then shows results that have the most occurences of one or more of the words in the title and/or body text. The tag is apparently only a minor consideration, or matches by tag are added at the end.
"To view "Q&A with no accepted solutions" you would need to go the SAP Managed tag page."
During the beta testing of the previous iteration of the SAP Community, a similar strange design decision was made (and later fixed). My comment back then applies here as well: "It is like a house with two showers, one shower only gives cold water, and the other only hot."
I'm pretty sure that the tag "sap business one" is not considered at all with @AnnePetteroe link (https://community.sap.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&q=...), it's only best match by individual words 😉
EDIT: note that, unrelated to the tag "sap business one", there is a better match by all three words with double quotes, the result is a little bit different, presenting more three subsequent words "sap business one" at the top of the results (https://community.sap.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?q=%22sap%20business%20one%22).
