Web application using SAP at its back-end

We are framing a solution for connecting an application which will connect with SAP through BAPI impersonating a user created in SAP.

My question is that since in a web application scenario, concurrent users are connected with SAP, do we require more licensed users of SAP for connection or one user will be able to connect with it concurrently in more then one instance?

I think you should ask you SAP Sales Rep about licensing issues. He should know or should be able to find a correct answer. And it always depends on negotioations.
