Want to setup email id and password for SUSER ID

Hello,

Recently I have received my SAP User id(SUSER). I want to login with a password for this. When I tried with some of my email ids, system is trying to find the existing IDs. Can you please help to set a new email id and password?

In addition to Vadim's advice, you can send an email to send to sapnetwork@sap.com and request assistance.

Login with S-ID and the provided password, not with e-mail. Login to the launchpad.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I'm trying with S-ID and do not have password yet. In order to get that, I tried with option 'Forgot password'. Here I am being prompted to enter Email/User name/User id. I want to use my new email address. Can you please help?

If you don’t know the password then contact the responsible person from the company that created S-ID for you. No other way.

P.S. In order to change e-mail for S-ID you need to login first. If you don't know e-mail set for S-ID then no luck!
