So while everyone gives you a hard time (never ask a serious question at the end of the week in the CC it seems) I'd say you need to focus on RAM and the Processor to work with the mini system.

2GB RAM and Dual Core normally works quite well but I've also ran it on 1GB RAM and Intel Celron 1.5 GHZ (not much else though)

You need to have XP - as far as I am aware Netweaver doesn't run on XP. Though of course you could always install the Linux version. I have an Acer TravelMate 5720, which runs the SAP stuff nicely. Though I recommend strongly using VMWare rather than installing it directly.

You will need one of the Windows Pro (XP etc) products or you will not be able to complete the install.

you should think about a mac. i.e. with bootcamp you could use a system like *arghh....hempf* Windows and of course Mac Os. The alternative is to use VM-Ware.

I use a mac with VM-Ware. It is very fast, the battery works long and the quality is great.

Hi

Me too on the Mac front. I bought a Macbook and it is so good I bought an iMac for the home. It's nice when something just works without all the windows crappiness.

You know it makes sense.
