User statues in SAP PM

Hello,

A subcontractor has to prepare the work order. Then, an internal employee has to validate it before it gets launched. Therefore, I have taught of making  2 user status "in preparation" and "validated" between the 2 system statuses "created" and "launched". My question is: what can be the disadvantages of such a solution? Maybe manual transition between statuses?
Besides, what other solutions would you think of in that case?

Dear Badre,

If you are keeping any restrictions of user status it will not impact on the system.We can have restrictions on user status of work order.

You can go ahead with your scenario.
