Uploaded PNG Pictures Showing Blurry

I created a blog and uploaded some pictures with text. Unfortunately, the pictures are blurry, and it is very hard to read the text. Do you know a solution to fix the images? Are there requirements for creating pictures for blogs on SCN?

The image is made smaller to allow it to fit.  When I click on it I can read the text (try it):

If you want the text to be legible without the user having to click it open, make the image longer than wider (e.g. portrait).
