Up-Votes Don't Count for "Dilligent Solver" but They're Supposed To

I've had several answers up-voted in the last week or so, but I don't see that my percent complete for this month's
"Dilligent Solver" mission has changed. The description of the mission is:

I would expect up-votes to count and I waited several days before I posted this just to make sure there isn't something like a weekly point update for this. Is there something wrong with the algorithm that's assigning points?

Have seen update process sometime gets stalled and happen over weekends. Cant draw a pattern to say it for sure.
