Universal ID Problem with Linked Accounts

Dear All,

Can somebody please advise. I tried to book my SAP exam last night and I couldnt due to the system require me to link 2nd account to my Universal ID : message below

"Please note: to pass this exam and receive your certificate you need to have a SAP Universal ID setup with two linked email accounts! Please setup your SAP Universal ID and/or add your second email account now!

I followed the link and added a new email, however, through it says the new email is linked, in the account it doesnt show so : it shows as not linked

I am absolutely stuck. Did somebody has similar issue and how can i resolve it?

I have two accounts in Linked - One personal with email & P User ID and other SAP one with sap email & I User ID.

So the system is quite bizarre. What they want you to do is not just add two email addresses to your Universal ID, but actually create separate Learning Hub accounts for each email address. Once you register your secondary email address to the Learning Hub you will get a user ID for it and you will be able to link both accounts in the Universal ID.

Hello, 

I registered the email that was in the not linked, by going to learning hub and clicked on login then instead of logging in into my account, I registered a new one which is the one I put in the "not linked". After I confirmed the email. I then logged in into my original account and now could see the LINK button in the "not linked" tab. Hope this helped

I tried to register for my exam, but couldn't for the longest time. I logged into SAP learning hub using my first account and added the secondary email. Next I logged out of my first account and registered a second account using the second email. Log out of your second account and log back into your first account; the link button should appear.
