For reference, this is my blog post. I'm having a hard time formatting my post when it comes to the code samples. For every code sample block, the platform seems to add unintended line breaks before and after the code block, which only appear when previewing the post or publishing it, and not while editing it. It might seem minor, but it's really annoying since the spacing between the text and the code blocks is way too big and looks bad.
Even when editing the HTML directly and removing the <p> </p> it adds by itself for every line break, they're added back once you save or preview.
Any way to fix this?

I did search before posting, but didn't find the posts you linked. Good to know they're aware, even though the posts you linked are a year old at this point and the issue still persists.
