Undo ECR assignment via action box in Change Not.

Hi all,

A colleague accidentally assigned a change notification to a ECR number via the action box in the change notification. I already tried to delete the task that is created but this is not possible because there may be a follow-up action active says the performance assistant. We are searching for a way to undo this? Can anyone help us?
