Unauthorized message while posting

Hi,

I am getting unauthorized message while trying to post a thread. Please check the below message:

"Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here. "

Content Moderation Is Now Active on SCN.

Content moderation has been turned on across SCN to prevent spam attacks.  When posting content, you may notice a green text box that explains your content will be moderated.  In some instances, you may get an authorization error (as you pointed out above). In both of these scenarios, your content will be moderated and posted. 

Do not post the same content multiple times.
