unable to upload pictures in a scn document

I am currently unable to upload any picture to an SCN document that I am currently writing.

I can't post a screen shot since the same problem occurs here.

Immediately when I open the "insert image" dialogue the button for insert gets gray.

It also remains gray after I have selected a picture via the browse button from my local desktop.

Any idea what's wrong here ?

Hi Andre.

I had the similar issue before. what i did was:

1.cleared cache

2.restarted the browser

and it did work.

Hi all,

it is now working again. I am however not exactly sure what did finally the trick.

I deleted the cache of my browser (IE) but this did not work in the first place.

It did also not work in other browsers (Chrome)

I also rebooted my notebook and again cleared the cache.

Then it worked.

Still I find this a strange behaviour for a simple functionality as uploading a picture.

I actually think it is not completely resolved. My photo icon in this reply to you whch I do from the communications stream is still gray. But I can add a picture if I open the discussion in an extra window.
