Unable to Select Helpful or Correct Answer

Dear Expert,

I have created the following thread couple of days ago.

And now when I have got the satisfactory answers, I am unable to choose the answers as helpful or correct answer.

Please help me in this issue.

The speech bubble is empty, so it is not a question and cannot be marked with a correct answer, contrary to the one with the blue  color and the question mark which indicates an open question, while the green colored with the check mark is a solved question.

Either you removed the default for question or it was removed by a moderator

Thanks for the reply. I think the check was removed by me mistakenly. Is their any way, we can mark this as a question? so that I can choose the correct answer thereon.

you would need to reach out to a space moderator. they can be found on overview and people tab of the space where you posted.
