Unable to reply to a discussion

Hi moderators,

I am unable to reply to this discussion. I guess this is probably because of long length of the discussion title - I can recall something similar happened long ago. Tried hitting alert moderator button, but only got a notification saying that the content was approved by moderator (by hitting alert moderator button I did not mean to delete the discussion, but to shorten the title).

This has been discussed few times. The problem is with the length of the subject line.

OP didn't write a meaningful subject line.

Just as i thought. But if it is a known bug, i believe some work is going on to fix it - right ? May be some limitation while posting discussion itself ?

Not sure whether it is a bug or if it is due to a restriction in the application. When you reply to such threads I believe the system prefix "Re: " to the original subject line for each reply and this could possibly be causing the trouble by increasing the length.
