Unable to post a blog don't have permission

Hi ,

I am trying to write a blog post & i am getting below error.

"You have not achieved the blogging permission level required to perform this action. To learn more about user levels, please click here"

Can anyone suggest ?

Thank you for answering but i have already followed that blog but still i am unable to write my blog post.

Anyways i will wait may be it takes time to upgrade the level.
