Unable to Paste contents into SDN..

Hi,

I wanted to write a new document in SDN.

I have made the draft of the contents in a separate word document.

Under Create document space, when I try to paste the contents from my word document, it doesn't work.

I tried options like Ctrl+V, Rightclick -- Paste etc.., but still the contents from  my word  document is not getting pasted into the create document space.

Is any body else facing this same issue?

I have pubished more than 10 documents in SDN. I use to follow the approach every time but this is the first time am facing such a issue.

Need your help here in solving this issue.

Not sure which browser your using. if you have chrome, try to use it.

Just copy the matter/paragraphs and insert images. it may works.

Hi All.

I was using IE11 and was facing issues..

Now, when I use Chrome, I am able to paste the words without any issues.

Hi Prabhith,

• If your document contains Both text and Images then the Copy paste will not happen.
• Please convert your images to png format.
• Past text following Insert image....it worlks..

Are you using copy-paste with image ??

Try to copy-paste only words, then insert the image by clicking "Insert Image"
