Unable to login to SCN

While trying to login to SCN i got an update registration link which i filled with my official email id . Unfortunately that email was also linked to S - USER. Now when i try to login to SCN.SAP.COM i do not get a logon page it simply says you are being authenticated and says user with email id already registered please try another email id. I tried to go to accounts.sap.com it shows my id is linked with 2 accounts but it is not letting me choose my original account.

How can i overcome this issue?

You can try after clearing cookies and browser cache and contact sapnetwork@sap.com for more assistance.

As it is related to your S user id, then you should contact sap technical team offline via the email sapnetwork@sap.com.

They will see and assist your accordingly.

Thanks for the quick replies guys, i was finally able to login.

I mailed sapnetwork@sap.com and they were quite quick to give the solution.

I did the following :

1. Go in to the settings area of all browsers you have installed on your PC and delete all offline pages, temporary files and cached cookies.
  2. Please also remove any cetificates from your browser while using SCN, since they currently are not working well. In Internet Explorer, you can do this by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Contents tab -> Certificates -> Select your certificate and remove it.
 
Also dont forget to do a restart of your PC/Laptop because even after i did the above it did not work until i did a reboot of the system.

Do you have any certificate for the s-user installed in the browser? If so, try removing that. Might be that auto login pulls that cert for auth.

How did i post this -> i opened a private window in Mozilla Firefox and then it asked me to login. I gave my original id PXXXX and then logged in. But when i open a normal window it is trying to login by SXXXX SAP marketplace id and still giving error .I am unable to logoff from normal window neither a login option is coming.
