Hello Support team,
Following fields in my profile are greyed out and I am unable to update the same.
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Company
4. Address 1
5. town / city
6. PIN Code
7. Landline phone
8. Relationship to SAP
Please help me / guide me on how to change / update the above listed fields.

You have an S-User account that is associated with an SAP customer. Basic fields cannot be changed.
Contact your company’s OSS/SAP Service Marketplace administrator or request assistance from the Service Marketplace Team.

Are you using S user id linked to your profile ?
If yes, then you need to contact your system administrator.
