Its not like that exactly. Some Links are forbidden to use.
Recently there is a discussion happend in Coffee corner or here.
You might be using some copy righted material or some spam link.
in both the cases you will get the error it seems.

Links are very much allowed. For example:

You must have used some other forbidden word. Please recheck your message again.
