We often hear about the indicator per capita emissions. And owing to their large population its natural India and China will have a lower pce. But has anybody ever seen emissions a national average measure of tonnes per square km or square mile? After all, I feel that is the true indicator of the national pollution. I wonder if the US, the world's biggest consumer of resources, will also be the polluter of the highest density though its area is quite large.
