Tracking is requested for internal business
reasons. As you noted, it can affect performance -- but a 29-second response time is clearly a problem. I've shared this issue with the appropriate teams and it's being investigated.

I've been informed that the outage has been fixed, so please let me know if the load times continue to be a problem. In the meantime, IT is looking into ways to prevent this from happening again.

It appears, I never white-listed this one - so far I have not encountered loss in site functionality (compared to browser installation without selective script blocking).
