Topic page - is there any option to write a blog or post a questions with prefilled tag?

Hi,

I tried to test the topic page.

My idea was to go there and get an overview on what is there. Let us assume I did not find what I was looking for, then I would like to have an easy way to create a new blog or a new question from there. My expectation is that the tag are already prefilled with the same tags assigned to the topic page I am currently looking at.

I am not sure if I such an option exists. I did not see any possible action button to create a new blog or question from the topic page.

It would be great to hatve such a feature which also ensures that prefills tags according to my current user context (visiting a topic page for a specific tag).
